As a start-up, DAAV is offering an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to develop software to support its various products. The company has openings for R&D engineers at its locations in Beijing. DAAV provides a unique work environment that is based on mutual respect, passion and excellence. 资质要求


对于C++/Mobile开发人员：
  • 2 plus years of software development experience
  • Experience in developing software with C++
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Experience with C#/Java a plus
  • Comfortable with Unix/Linux, gnu C++ compiler, make files, vi, shell scripting
  • Familiar with Visual Studio, SVN/CVS
  • Experience with TCP/IP, .Net, Apache suite, Eclipse a plus
  • Experience with development on Window Mobile/Symbian/BlackBerry/Android/iPhone platforms a plus
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and have a desire to write software
  • A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering

对于Java/Mobile开发人员：
  • 2 plus years of software development experience
  • Experience in developing software with Java, J2ME
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Experience with C++/C# a plus
  • Comfortable with Unix/Linux, gnu C++ compiler, make files, vi, shell scripting
  • Familiar with Eclipse, SVN/CVS
  • Experience with J2EE, Flash development, Apache suite, Visual Studio a plus
  • Experience with development on Window Mobile/Symbian/BlackBerry/Android/iPhone platforms a plus
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and have a desire to write software
  • A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering

对于Web网站开发人员：
  • 2 plus years of software development experience
  • Experience in developing software with PHP/MySQL
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Experience with Ajax/JavaScript/Flash/Python/Rail/OCaml/Parrat/Perl/WAP/WML a plus
  • Comfortable with Unix/Linux, Apache server and Web protocols
  • Experience in cooperation with an user interface/theme designer
  • Experience with Web hosting configuration and forum/wiki/blog administration an advantage
  • Must be highly detail oriented and have a desire to write software
  • A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering

对于网页艺术设计师：
  • 对文凭不做要求，但美工、艺术、设计等相关类别专业毕业者优先
  • 能胜任快节奏有一定压力的工作环境
  • 了解颜色理论、对齐规则、字体原理等
  • 设计要求简单、自然、方便、优雅、与内容表现恰如其分地配合
  • 熟练使用各种图形图像和网页设计软件工具
  • 能与Web网站开发人员和谐共事
