We often need to reboot our Windows phones when doing our software development and test. Different from desktop Windows, Windows Mobile does not let you easily reboot the device through menus. Everytime we have to long press the power button to power the phone off first, then press the power button again to power it on to reboot the device. So inconvenient! We thus made this little toolkit, and release it publicly now as a freeware.
